Our story
Ginels Dormitory opened its doors in 2000 as a home for students of Mariano Marcos State University in Batac City. Over the years it became more than a place to sleep — it became a family. Roommates turned into lifelong friends, study groups turned into professional networks, and late-night conversations turned into businesses and careers.
Today, Ginels alumni are scattered across the country and the world: lawyers defending clients, doctors caring for patients, engineers building cities, teachers shaping minds, designers crafting brands, and entrepreneurs creating jobs. No matter how far they go, the Ginels spirit stays the same — helping one another succeed.

Any former Ginels resident can submit their profile through the Join page. We focus on who they are today — their profession, expertise, and city.
Admins verify
Every submission is reviewed by a Ginels admin before it appears in the public directory. This keeps the list authentic and trustworthy.
Visitors search
Families, friends, and clients can browse by profession, category, city, or batch year to find the right person for their need.

How do I search for a professional?
Go to the Browse page and filter by profession, category, city, or batch year. You can also type a keyword such as “lawyer,” “engineer,” or “Ilocos” to narrow the results.
How do I contact an alum?
Each approved profile shows the alum’s preferred contact method. If they chose email, phone, or a social link, you will see it on their profile page and can reach out directly.
How long does approval take?
Submissions are usually reviewed within a few days. Once an admin verifies your Ginels background and professional details, your profile will appear in the public directory.
Why was my request not approved?
A request may be declined if the submitted details are incomplete, the alum connection cannot be verified, or the profile does not match the directory’s professional focus. You can submit again with clearer information.
Is there a cost to join or search?
No. Ginels Connect is free for both alumni who list their services and visitors who use the directory. It is a community resource built by and for the Ginels family.
Can I update my profile later?
Yes. Contact the admin team with the email you used to submit your profile, and they can update your city, profession, services, or contact details for you.
